About me

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I am a licensed professional counselor licensed in Texas with three years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology at the University of North Texas and a Masters in Professional Counseling at Amberton University. I use mindfulness, emotional regulation, cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered, and motivational interviewing. I have experience working with individuals struggling with low self-esteem, negative self-talk, anxiety, depression, anger management, coping with life changes, foster care/adoption, family conflict, troubled parent-child relationships, and a history of trauma. It takes a lot of courage in seeking help to improve your well-being. My desire is to assist you in achieving your goals by providing a safe space that is gentle, compassionate and collaborative. I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!
