Hi, my name is Zane. Thank you for viewing my profile. I am an LCSW, SAP in North Carolina, and have been practicing for 18 years. I use many approaches in assisting clients to achieve their goals, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In the 18 years of practice, I have worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns; including depression, family conflicts, substance abuse, marital & couple issues based on the Imago model, and families or individuals dealing with aging parents & caregiving. I have also been an EAP business owner & provider for behavioral health issues for the past fifteen years & have acquired specialized skills working with occupational-related stressors.
