About me

Hi, my name is Zane. Thank you for viewing my profile. I am an LCSW, SAP in North Carolina, and have been practicing for 18 years. I use many approaches in assisting clients to achieve their goals, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In the 18 years of practice, I have worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns; including depression, family conflicts, substance abuse, marital & couple issues based on the Imago model, and families or individuals dealing with aging parents & caregiving. I have also been an EAP business owner & provider for behavioral health issues for the past fifteen years & have acquired specialized skills working with occupational-related stressors. While I am working with you; respect, professionalism, patience & empathy will be practiced. All of us have times in our lives that present struggles that can be overwhelming. It would be my privilege to assist you in finding a solution or improvements to your struggle.
