About Noelle
The way we move through the world has a lot to do with who we are and who were evolving to be. Our experiences, often contribute into our decision making, more than we realize. When we live with unhealed trauma, our hurt often displays as anger, depression, and low confidence. I strongly believe that representation matters and equitable mental health is necessary. I am a licensed therapist, with more than 7 years of experience as a therapist and 12 years in mental health. I work with my clients at their pace to discover challenges, explore various origins/triggers, and assist them in creating tools to evolve those behaviors, into healthy relationships and confidence.“One size fits all” therapy is not for me, or for you!
