About me

Greetings and Salutations! My name is Yolanda Danforth and I have spent the last three years as a School Counselor in a public school system here in Georgia. I have also earned experience in the field of addictions, and domestic violence in both individual and group settings while earning my LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor). I have come to appreciate both the challenges and rewards of using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness Based Therapy. I attended Augusta State University (now Augusta University) to earn my Masters in Counseling with a Community approach in 2010 and my experience expands the age spectrum. I am confident in my ability to help you meet your next chapter in life with success and purpose.
