About me

I have my masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and am licensed in Colorado. I have worked in adolescent substance abuse, family therapy, group therapy, and worked with the offender population. I believe that looking into the systems in which we operate informs a great deal about who we are and how we show up. In session, I believe in showing up honestly and authentically, you are the expert of your own experiences. I will make sure to create sessions that are tailored to your wants and needs, and continue to work in tandem to create a healthy and healing space. Reaching out is the hardest part, I am glad you’re here!
