If you are a single parent and struggling with a pre-teen or a teenager, Im the person you need to talk to. I currently work in the school district as a school guidance counselor to middle schoolers and I know all about the struggles parents have and students face. I love working with ADHD and ADD kids. I also specialize in anxiety and I have great methods to use to decrease your anxiousness so you can enjoy a happy and relaxed life. Im a solution-focused therapist. I use this method in almost all of my sessions and it has been a great experience with a lot of success. I specialize in anxiety, behavior problem with adolescence, ADHD, and ADD. I coach people in different areas like stress management, relationships, family conflict and help with practicing executive skills in children and adolescents-completing chores around the house, use system for organizing schoolwork, plan and carry out long-term projects, and time mana Im from a Middle Eastern background. I speak, read and write the Arabic language. I was raised overseas and I’m very familiar with the culture and the religious background. Most of my experience is with adolescents and adults.
