I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with over 12 years of experience working with clients as they navigate life’s challenges including changes in health, relationship issues, work stress, and caregiving. The majority of my work has centered around health psychology and helping clients achieve their personal goals for health and wellness. My therapeutic approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and solution-focused therapy. But I believe in tailoring the therapy experience to the unique needs and goals of each client.
