Henson Cancer Institute at Peninsula Regional Medical Center and Salisbury University Counseling Center, case management in therapeutic foster care, substance abuse outreach, advocating for military families, and outpatient mental health as a therapist and agency site supervisor, specializing in anxiety, depression, grief, conflict resolution, and couples counseling. Theresa has fostered relationships with community partners within the area, thereby developing a comprehensive network of resources. She has been recognized for her accomplishments and awarded Summa Cum Laude and Employee of the Year.
