I am licensed in Texas with over 15 years of professional work experience, with populations including young adults through senior citizens. I have experience in helping clients with stress; anxiety; family conflicts; career challenges; physical, sexual and emotional trauma and abuse; motivation; self esteem; self confidence; and LGBTQ+ issues.
