Hello, I am licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years of counseling experience and love the work that I do. I have worked with clients of all ages dealing with many different types of issues. I have worked in both private and public sectors building a range of skills and a knowledge base that assists me in joining clients on a journey towards healthy change and wellness. I am a client-centered therapist and believe building the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful growth.
