I have worked in a wide variety of settings from outpatient mental health, child welfare to healthcare. In particular my experience has included working with depression, stress and anxiety, family conflicts, perinatal mood & anxiety disorders, abuse or neglect and parenting issues. I consider myself a lifelong learner and am always challenging myself to learn new skills to help my clients.
