I can help you find them. I have been a licensed therapist for almost 25 years. If you want to make changes in your life or yourself and are willing to do the work, I am honored to help you. I believe in individualized therapy and enjoy helping people to heal, strengthen and manifest their desires. I am able to create a safe space strong enough to support you in diving deep when you are ready, then coming up to breathe into your growth. I enjoy the experience and ability to integrate several modalities of therapy to provide my clients what they need as individuals when they need it. I see adults for a variety of reasons such as communication, depression, anxiety, major life adjustments, self-esteem, stress management and work challenges, career decisions and work/life balance.
