About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience. I enjoy helping individuals uncover and get connected to who they really are. I truly believe that each person is their own best expert on their life. I use Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused and Narrative techniques to help people get connected to their own values and set themselves on a path to live the fulfilling life that they want to live. I find that we often need to uncover conditioned beliefs that have been instilled by culture and family systems that don’t align with our true selves. I believe that each person deserves to be seen and heard. I have been working in community mental health with adults primarily for the past 7 years and with children and families prior to that. I also have experience working with couples, families, teens, and LGBTQ+ populations. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey!
