I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor (Supervisor) and Chemical Dependency Counselor licensed in the state of Texas with over 20 years of experience working alongside clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, parenting concerns (adolescent), OCD, trauma, abuse and those in the LGBTQI-S community. I believe in the power of respect, and am client centered. My approach is mainly Cognitive Behavioral Counseling and will tailor our work together to meet your needs.
