About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey with over 25 years of experience working with clients with disabilities and their families, clients with addictive disorders and clients going through life transitions. I am experienced in working with adults of all ages who present with depression, anxiety, regret or who have suffered childhood trauma, physical and/or emotional abuse. I have worked with victims of stalking and domestic violence. I will customize my schedule to fit yours, if possible. I will answer your messages on a daily basis and will also work with clients who only want to communicate by text. You will be my #1 priority. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, insight and reality oriented therapy as well as supportive therapy. I believe in the power of talk therapy and my philosophy can be summed up by the following quotation: “If you want to fly, you have to give up what weighs you down.”
