About me

I am Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. I graduated with my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2016. Since that time, I have worked with adolescents and adults in a variety of different settings. I have worked with anxiety, depression, anger, addiction, relationships, communication problems, grief and loss, psychosis, mood disorders, and LGBTIA+-related concerns. I strive to provide clients with a safe space to feel respected, heard and understood. I support clients in building effective communication skills, fostering meaningful relationships, practicing appropriate social skills, utilizing healthy coping strategies, and establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries to generate positive change. I use an eclectic, strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to therapy that is integrative and collaborative. I strive to be client-centered by working to tailor sessions to each individual’s needs and goals. I have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and other Cognitive Behavioral therapies.
