About me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience working with all populations. I have extensive experience working with trauma, juvenile sex offenders, human trafficking, couples counseling, family counseling, substance abuse, parenting, depression and anxiety, LGBTQ, domestic violence, and individual counseling. I am compassionate and genuine and will walk with you throughout your counseling journey. My approach to counseling incorporates Cognitive Behavior Therapy as well as other modalities to best fit the needs of my client. Making that first step to talk to a counselor can be stressful, but you are making a step towards resolving those issues that may have been preventing you from being the best you. I look forward to partnering with you on the journey to better mental health!
