Welcome to BetterHelp! My name is Stephanie Miller-Olsen and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York with over 10 years experience in the mental health field. I have diverse experience working with children and adults of various concerns including anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, Bipolar, schizophrenia, substance use and trauma. I provide a safe non-judgemental space to allow personal growth and positive change. I enjoy helping others by finding the tools they need to achieve goals and increase their quality of life. I am available for only chat sessions at this time. I am willing to message in between sessions but not without regular session time as this will enhance our work together.
