Hello! I would like to welcome you and congratulate you for taking an important step in caring for yourself. My 10 years of experience includes working with kids, teens, young professionals, parents and families. Along with online counseling, I have worked in a variety of settings consisting of clinics, hospitals and schools. I specialize in counseling for anxiety, depression, parenting, family systems, ADHD, trauma, job coaching and women’s health/reproduction. When providing therapy to clients, I like to communicate as a supportive friend who can guide clients toward increasing their health, happiness and success within all their life roles, while also teaching clients how to master appropriate tools they can use for a lifetime.
