I am licensed mental health therapist in New York with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients facing stress and anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental and physical disabilities, with their personal challenges and career difficulties. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! Please note I generally check messages here a few times per day Monday through Thursday and respond as quickly as I can. I do appreciate your patience when it takes a bit longer at times, as I may be tending to other clients or professional/personal responsibilities.
