About me

If you have come to me for assistance, it means that you are experiencing some ways of living your life that no longer work for you. You have come to the place where change is absolutely essential in order to live more consciously, authentically, and in alignment with the world and relationships you want to experience around you. You may not even know how to name what is not working for you right now but you know that something is “off”. Issues and problems can be manifesting in your job, your finances, your relationships, your mental and physical health and your spiritual life. Assistance is out there to help you take those steps in the most loving direction to create what is necessary to help you thrive in every area of your life. I have 30 years experience in the mental health field and have worked in a number of healthcare settings. I focus on helping people to regain a sense of personal authority, self confidence and direction to make the most loving decisions for their lives. I work with individuals ages 18 and over from all backgrounds, orientations and environments. I look forward to connecting with you!
