I am a licensed therapist in Texas with 28 years of professional work experience. I have experience working with adults at any stage of life. Problems in living arise for us all, and as a therapist, I can assist you to resolve issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions and stress management. I also enjoy working with teens who are dealing with grief and loss, anxiety, LGBTQ issues , family conflicts, depression and autism. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, always focusing on their strengths. I will tailor our work to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
