About me

The aftermath of coronavirus (COVID-19) is going to be a contributing factor to deteriorating people’s mental health (including suicide) and it will get even worse as we work towards recovering from this pandemic. The pandemic has impacted us globally and economically shedding light on systemic and institutional racism that disproportionately limits resources and access to heath care depending on our zip code. I provide therapeutic therapy and support to help folks navigate through this “New Normal” we all are faced with adapting to along with working through issues such as anxiety, depression, frustration, and trauma. I am trained in CBT and trauma focused treatment. I help to provide a safe space for you to talk through your issues and come to a solution about how you want to make change to improve your life. Change has to first start with increasing our awareness and our confidence that change is possible. I am here to support you let’s partnership together. It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support you.
