About me

Welcome to BetterHelp! I look forward to to working with my clients to find ways I can help them make positive changes to live healthier and happier lives. I am a licensed professional counselor in Colorado, and have been practicing for 9 years. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients of all ages (children, adolescents, and adults). I utilize a biopsychosocial approach to my clinical work, meaning I look at the “whole picture” for a client: biology (genetics and chemistry), psychological makeup (thought patterns, world view, view of self), and social situations (influence of current and past environments). I tailor my interventions for the individual needs of my clients. My areas of specialty include anxiety, trauma, depression, parenting issues, and relational issues and many others. In my free time I like to run, hike, and do yoga. I volunteer with a giant breed dog rescue and have two Great Danes.
