He utilizes person-centered, strengths-based, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based, and dialectical behavior therapy, attending to individuals’ goals, barriers, strengths, motivations, and resources. Seth approaches each person with unconditional positive regard and encourages authenticity both in relationships with others and relationship with oneself. He welcomes opportunities to cultivate safe spaces for sharing, thinking, and healing.
