About me

Hello, I am a licensed professional counselor with over 14 years of experience working with youth, young adults, families and professionals. I work with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, relationships, family conflict, and self-esteem among other areas. My counseling approach is from both strength based and person centered models using a variety of clinical methods including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. It can be difficult to ask for help. My goal is to provide the best treatment possible to those who entrust me with their care. My hope is that my clients will gain a greater understanding and insight between past and present connections and discover new ways of thinking, relating, coping and behaving so that they can live their life to the fullest.
