About me

I have been in the business of the healing arts for over 15 years – providing services from case management to individual counseling. I obtained my Bachelors in Psychology from Texas Tech University in 2000 and Masters in Community Counseling from Webster University in 2010. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and in good standings with the State of Texas. Helping others by leading them to a place of healing and growth has fulfilled my purpose and life’s calling. I have specialized in trauma and sexual abuse in both genders including domestic violence issues. Depression and anxiety can be debilitating by offering specialized treatment modalities one can conquer and move towards a healthy future. I am flexible in my approaches to individuals and offer simple solution focused approaches, to the complex psychodynamic approaches focusing on deeper rooted personal issues. Having many life’s experiences and confirming everyone has their own story and their own truths; I would like to hear yours and help you paint a brighter future for yourself.
