About me

My name is Sarah Knight, and I am looking forward to walking with you on your journey of healing. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 10+ years of experience working with children, teenagers, adults and families. I graduated from Whitworth University, with my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy, in 2014. I use a combination of Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy and Positive Psychology in order to help clients set goals, improve mood, reduce unwanted symptoms and break negative thought patterns. I am a very empathetic and genuine therapist that focuses on providing unconditional positive regard towards everyone. It is important for me to build a therapeutic relationship with my clients that is based on trust and to provide a safe space where we can work together towards a brighter future. I have worked with many clients struggling with anxiety, depression and trauma who have been able to achieve positive and lasting changes, leading to a more fulfilling and joyful life.
