About me

During these unprecedented times many of us need extra support and more than ever a listening ear to share our experiences. Everyone’s journey with social isolation is unique – we are all coping differently. However, stress, anxiety, depression and fear for the future are widespread. I’m an experienced licensed therapist and counselor, former Fortune 50 executive with experience in Hospital Psychiatric facilities and as a Peace Corps Response volunteer in Africa working in crisis and high stress public health situations. I also offer you safety and support during times of crisis or whenever you or your family may feel out of your depth. Having faced my own life challenges I’m especially looking forward to hearing your story and working together towards the solutions you’re searching for. My most meaningful partnerships are with clients who embrace collaboration and creativity in their paths to finding the life they want for themselves, their family and friends.
