My name is Sandra Treston, and I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with over 15 years of experience working with adults facing multiple different obstacles, in multiple different settings. I am an open-minded, non-judgmental, empathetic and compassionate therapist who uses a strength-based approach when helping my clients become the best version of themselves.
