Sacha Montgomery

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in TN with over 10 years of experience working with clients as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and trauma. I have helped many individuals with emotional, physical, and sexual trauma. Some of the settings I have worked in include in-home, inpatient, outpatient, as well as residential and the state penitentiary. I like to believe I am well-rounded and can work with various types of clients. I have a warm and interactive style of counseling. My clients are the important component of the counseling relationship. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion because we are all human and deserve that much. My counseling style combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, person-centered and solution focused.
