I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Florida for the past eight years. I have worked with clients with a variety of concerns including relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, anxiety, family conflicts, life changes and coping with stress. Also, as a marriage and family therapist I acknowledge the role and impact relationships have on an individual. Whether the relationship is with family of origin, a partner, a friend, or a colleague; a healthy sense of oneself supports and builds healthy relationships. My interactions with clients are focused on maintaining a respectful, insightful, and empathetic environment. I work with clients at their pace and their comfort level towards the achievement of their desired goals and the maintenance of these goals. My clinical approach is rooted in strength-based narrative therapy; recognizing my clients are the experts in their lives, and my role is to guide and support them their journey healing and re-framing their stories. My therapeutic approach is strongly influenced by Narrative therapy and Cognitive therapy. There guiding principles supports my clinical mantra – Think, Feel, Act; meaning our thoughts impact our feelings and how we feel impact how we interact with others and the world.
