About me

Are you feeling overwhelmed, emotional, and unable to move forward in life? Are you constantly putting others and things before your own emotional and mental health needs like you are running a race? Life is a marathon and not a sprint. Therefore, we must learn to balance our mental and emotional health accordingly as an individual in order to maintain a balance with family, friends, and/or others. Let us talk about you investing in yourself. Investing in yourself will be one of the biggest investments in your lifetime. Over time, you will feel better and make the best possible decision for any type of situation. I am Licensed Professional Counselor in the great state of Arkansas for 10 years with experienced in providing individual, family, and group counseling to children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds by utilizing Mindfulness Techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focus-Cognitive Behavioral, and Person-Centered techniques in an outpatient, school based, and telehealth clinical setting. I’m a dedicated professional that creates a positive, therapeutic, and safe environment in order for clients to work on treatment goals to help deal with daily life stressors, trauma related issues, depression, anxiety, behavioral, anger, and other mental health issues.  I look forward to working with you!
