About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Virginia. I have been practicing for over 20 years with various populations to include persons with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, adjustment disorder, etc. I have worked with individuals, couples and families. My clients consisted of veterans, active duty military , cisgenders and members of the LGBT community. In private practice as well as in hospitals, I was able to establish a rapport quickly with clients, and they obtained goals of the treatment plans expeditiously. I look forward to working with a diverse group of individuals. My approach is eclectic to include CBT, Gottman, motivational interviewing, solution focused , etc.
