About me

I am a NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 24 years experience focused on working with individuals, couples and families. I work with individuals of all ages including parents of toddlers struggling with behavior management to adolescents struggling with self-esteem, bullying, family/interpersonal relationship issues, to adults coping with life transitions, work and family stressors, and relationship issues. I work with families struggling to navigate through life while finding a balance that is supportive to all family members. It is my belief that all members play a significant role in the family and therefore will benefit from working together to strengthen and support the family system. I utilize CBT and supportive and strengths based therapy with adolescents and adults and family based therapy with couples and families. I have a true passion for this work and strive to create an open, non-judgemental, safe environment where all clients feel respected, listened to and understood. I adapt my techniques to each individual and family. I love watching as individuals and families recognize and embrace their maximum potential moving toward a more positive and fulfilling future. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for making yourself a priority!
