Hello, I am a LMHC in Florida. I have been counseling for 8 years. I have worked with all ages of clients however my specialties are working with adolescents and women. I believe that if a person can change their thinking they can change their unwanted behavior. You do not have to feel stuck dealing with the difficult emotions that you may experience. Emotions do not have to control your life. Life can be difficult at times. However; at some point you may need assistance with navigating through so that you can feel EMPOWERED to make the best decisions for you. It is OKAY not to be Okay!
