About me

My name is Pam Heyman and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I have been providing therapy in a variety of settings such as community mental health centers, hospitals, agencies and schools throughout my career. I have also managed therapy programs and provided supervision to other professionals who are looking to obtain professional licensure. I have worked with individuals of all ages and walks of life who are trying to work through challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, life changes and addiction. I provide client centered, solution focused therapy while integrating cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and motivational interviewing. I prefer to look at our time together as a collaborative effort where the work is individualized based on your needs. Your concerns are of utmost importance to me and I will help you prioritize and work towards achieving your goals. I am here to listen and provide support for you. If you are ready to take that next step, I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
