About me

I specialize in couples counseling, relationships and sex therapy. The broad umbrella of sex therapy includes sexual abuse, sexual addiction, sexual dysfunctions and polyamory. I believe that cultural sensitivity and a positive therapeutic relationship creates opportunity for insight, growth, and change. I will work with you to understand your unique needs and tailor specific clinical interventions for you so that we can make positive strides toward your mental wellness. I am Safe Zone trained and an LGBTQ ally. I regularly incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused and Narrative Therapy in sessions. I also love mindfulness based therapy and meditation as well. My clients are vocal and motivated. They are ready to explore how to make their relationships work. I am ready to help you make any transition in your life smoother! A few things about the schedule! I try to respond to clients at least once a day. Sessions are chat ONLY unless we have scheduled a video session together. Hours available are M, T, W, and F from 10am-7pm. Thursday availability is 10am-3pm.
