About me

Hello and welcome to BetterHelp. My name is Nancilee Korth and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. Over the twenty plus years that I have been a mental health therapist, I have worked with individuals and groups needing help with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, substance abuse and relationship issues, LGBT issues, self-esteem, self-care, and communication. The therapeutic models I use in my work are a strength based focus, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and client-centered therapy. A major part of the work that we will do together is learning to live our best valued life, building psychological flexibility to handle the challenges that this life sets before us. The most important gift any of us can have is the security of knowing that we have the tools that we need to deal with whatever challenges this life hands us.
