I believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect; and it is the foundation of our work together. In my work I combine client-centered therapy, mindfulness techniques, and cognitive behavioral therapies to empower individuals to work toward and reached their goals. I have helped people with stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, overcoming trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, confidence, and other areas of their lives. I am also a Veteran of the United States Army and can assist other Veterans with the challenges they face in everyday life. I see out work together as a collaboration between you and I.
