I have been working in the helping field far longer than I have offered private practice one on one therapy. I work in the community and at agencies that see relationship as part of the medicine for healing. I also have special training in adapting meditation and mindfulness techniques to clients needs and style. I teach in a post graduate setting and supervise post graduate therapists toward licensure. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, and executive functioning. I also work with Elders, Couples, Addictions, and Career Counseling.
