I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 7 years of counseling experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & career difficulties. I also have experience working with depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. In the field since 2017, I primarily utilize existential and solution focused therapies to assist clients in resolving and managing issues in their lives. I have a diverse background, working with those suffering from severe and pervasive mental health, substance use disorders, vocational problems, family dysfunction, and educational needs. Previously, I spent 5 years as a teacher in Pennsylvania and Arizona and am more than equipped to help you acquire the skills necessary to face whatever is in front of you. I also have previous experience as a Certified Personal Trainer (through the NSCA) and as a Master Trainer (LA Fitness).
