About me

I am clinical social worker licensed in the State of New Mexico with over 20 years of experience. I have worked with clients looking to improve relationships at home, performance at work, and work/life balance. I enjoy working with clients who are looking to improve self-esteem and motivation to live their best lives. My therapy style is to listen and learn from you on what is working and what you’d like to improve. I use EMDR to help you feel more comfortable and confident in situations where you struggle socially and/or at work; Motivational Interviewing to help spur you to do the things you’ve always wanted to do; and Mindfulness to help you become centered and to help you learn to stop those intrusive thoughts and to react to challenges more peacefully. I truly believe that every one of us can benefit from taking the time to work on ourselves for our own sake because we want to feel better, live happier, and be the best we can be for those we care most about. Just like exercise, it starts with the first step. You’ve already taken two steps! You’ve thought about the things you’d like to change and started exploring your options of who might help. When you’re ready, reach out. I’d love to hear your thoughts on what you’d like to improve in your life.
