About me

Are you feeling anxious, confused, out of sorts, overwhelmed? I can help! Problems with relationships, friends and family, work, and health issues can lead to symptoms of anxiety, stress, sleeplessness, and depression. Often times negative thinking patterns create and/or exacerbate these symptoms. We all need a safe and supportive environment to explore life’s challenges and change those thinking patterns. My job as a clinician is to assist you in negotiating all of life’s transitions and challenges in order to improve your relationships with yourself and others. Using clinical and mindfulness skills combined with laughter helps my clients achieve their goals. Take that first step toward finding balance and contentment-reach out.
