I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 30 years experience in a variety of settings. My clients have included people dealing with Depression, Anxiety and other mood disorders; Chronic Illness; Childhood Trauma; Gender and Sexual Identity Issues; and Substance Abuse. I strive to create a warm, inviting and judgement free space for my clients to share their issues and concerns. Together we explore how you came to be who you are today and evaluate where you want to be in your life going forward. Therapy is a process of self-discovery and my role is to be a knowledgable and compassionate guide. I help to build insight by actively listening and sharing observations and tools to promote self-awareness and improved coping skills.
