I am a thoughtful, understanding, supportive, warm, and focused licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) located in Schaumburg, Illinois. I have 5 years experience in the field in a variety of settings, and am currently working in private practice. I have worked with clients with a wide range of presenting concerns including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, anger management, relationship issues, and struggles with parenting. I have a very eclectic counseling style and I draw on a lot of techniques from different treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gestalt, Solution-Focused, Psychodynamic, depending on what works for you! My approach will always be molded to fit your needs. You are not alone in your experiences. The important choice and first step to recovery is to seek help.
