Hello, I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified EMDR Therapist whose desire is to see you thrive and live joyfully. Many of my clients have journeyed through depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, spiritual growth issues and more but have overcome those challenges to live passionately and victoriously. Therapeutic modalities include but are not limited to EMDR, Brainspotting, FLASH, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Bible Based Counseling.
