Psychotherapy provides a tremendous opportunity for you to heal, grow, and become an even better version of you! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have provided psychotherapy for the past 21 years with clients from a wide array of cultures and backgrounds to help and support them through a multitude of challenges and to transform their challenges into a catalyst for self-empowerment and growth. I have had extensive experience over the years working with clients experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, grief, social anxiety, phobias, adolescent distress, interpersonal conflicts, parental distress as well as relationship/marital discord. Together with empathic and interpretive listening, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique and specific needs of my clients. Some of the more common approaches I utilize with clients include Solution-Focused Therapy, Rational-Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. My clients and I work together as a team to help them identify and develop the tools they need to heal and stay on a path of growth throughout their lives. In our first session, we will have the opportunity to identify your current goals for growth, the obstacles (challenges) that are currently impeding your growth, and some of the strategies and tools you will need to help you overcome these obstacles and achieve your goals.
