I will break your OC cycles at the weakest link and claim back my life!” I provide psychoeducation about OCD and help creating exposure hierarchy. I provide coaching for you to break Obsessive Compulsive cycles (OC cycles) using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Since OCD is all about uncertainty, we will start by learning coping strategies to manage anxiety, regulate emotion, and tolerate distress before facing your fear. You have made it this far on your own, I believe you can do even better. With knowledge, tools, skills, and practice, you will be able to face your fear, resist the compulsion, learn to live with uncertainty, and no longer let OCD control your life.
