I am licensed in New York with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, parenting issues, & depression. I have an advanced certification in mental health counseling from the University at Buffalo and also oversee a mental health clinic as the Clinical Director. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I am mindful to ensure clients of all backgrounds are heard. I take a professional yet casual approach to interacting with my clients. That means I am present, make your session time my priority yet I am a flexible thinker and look forward to hearing your point of view. My availability is listed in my profile.
